How does the Courage Tap work?
Meet face to face and start a conversation. If you would like to stay in touch, follow the Courage Tap guidance in the app together. A successful Courage Tap exchanges your chosen contact details and makes room to leave an encouragement.

Reflections invite you to pause and explore what matters to you. Give yourself a moment to think and respond in your own words. There is no perfect answer; the aim is to make room for meaningful connection.
