Through interactive games and reflective prompts, they choose their top ten personal values, map the defining moments of their life (becoming a parent, losing a loved one, a big move, a career pivot), and rate their passions and interests.

It's designed to feel enjoyable and reflective - not like admin. And the depth it creates is the foundation for everything that follows.
